• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery by emailing kidsreturngiftz@gmail.com. Please include your order ID, a description, and a photo of the issue. Unboxing video is mandatory.

Conditions for Returns:

• Customer-arranged returns: Customers must ship the product back using a reliable courier. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
