Return Policy:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery by emailing kidsreturngiftz@gmail.com. Please include your order ID, a description, and a photo of the issue. Unboxing video is mandatory.
- Replacements will be for the same product, subject to availability.
- If the product is unavailable, you may opt for a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.
Conditions for Returns:
- The original packaging, tags, and price labels must remain intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if these elements are damaged or missing.
- Customer-arranged returns: Customers must ship the product back using a reliable courier. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- The replacement policy applies only to items damaged or defective upon delivery. Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer are not eligible.n
